     Camp Letters for 2006 - Camp mates should have read these letters From the Burningman Theme Camp crew. New ones almost every week. Check back often.

     We are up then down then up again on camp mates from last count, somewhere around 60, it will change again I'm sure. we're going to need a guide to our camp mates since we have so many guests this year.

     Everyone should have joined jackrabbit speaks newsletter at Burningman.com and our Yahoo group message board site for camp mates Only.

We have submited the Theme camp registration.

     The Theme camp information from burningman is here and it would be good to read if you haven't already.
     Everyone should also read the burningman site concerning theme camps and villages and the trash, sump and gray water problems they can have. Do not throw Kitchen waste water on the playa or in the shower ponds, this must be hauled back out. Even though we will not be cooking as a group you should read the kitchen section also

This is a leave no trace event and we should each figure on taking out about twice the trash than we brought in as packages etc., so Please leave space in your car for an inflated trash bag so you will still have room for it when it has been inflated with trash at the weeks end.

     We could use Tapistries and Carpet with tarps for under it for the BT(s). Please be sure to unroll and brush any trash and/or loose fibers off the rolls of old Carpet you find and tape or glue any unbound edges so I don't spend Hours picking up loose bundles of yarns like I have in the past.

         This is a Leave No Trace Event and carpet fibers are not natural and will stay on the playa for thousands of years.

     If you haven't heard the large Dome we expected had decieded to .. fly .. and is no longer viable. If you have a replacement let us know, but Bryan Is working on a replacement to contributing the dome, maybe even better for the camp, but I'm not going to spoil the surprize..
We're working on other surprises too. If you have a surprise that needs space let me know.

             Early entry list deadine has passed.
They have changed the rules and those not on the list file we sent in must now wait untill 12:01am Monday. We haven't had a reply if the list was accepted , I will let you all know if and when it is accepted.

     If you aren't on the list you can not enter until monday aug 28
